	2006 Driver Registration Form This is the form all drivers and competitors must fill out in order to collect any monies won from the speedway. This form MUST be turned into the pit office before your first race. Driver Profile Drivers can download this form, print it off, fill it out and return it to the speedway so that their profiles can be included in the program, on the website, and released to local papers. Drivers, get your sponsors noticed, fill this out TODAY! Minor Release and Indeminity Waiver This form must be filled out for all pit entrants under the age of 18 years old. A valid copy of this form MUST be on file before any child under the age of 18 is admitted to the pit side. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS!
